Morgan-ites

I forgot how much dang fun these guys are!
They moved to Morgan (couple hours north) the same month we moved to Utah...what a bummer.
The "Carnie" clan came for a visit. When I say clan, I mean CLAN...They make 5 kids seem like nothing. They are family but also take the "cool friends status too".
Mom of the year (and I am not kidding), Michele took her girlies to the princess fest at
Thanksgiving Point and then graced us with their presence.
Check out those cute sweet cheeks on baby Ethan!
Their are a handful of people that I can really laugh hard with, Michele is one of them
 (we speak the same humor).

We decided to take the princess's on a cruise around the hood...

Michele, I love this....
The camera did not capture that michele was sporting a cute
black skirt...what a princess.
Trent took the boys on a spin.

This is Trent's cousin Chad
he is on my top 5 nicest people list.

This is our "girls gone wild look", if we look crazy
it is because we are. I have decided it is probably best
that we live a couple hours apart...other wise, we might turn
this valley over.
Love you Carneseccas!

I feel like the luckiest girl (old girl) in the world. I love my life and the experiences we are having. For my birthday I took
matters in to my own hands, called my friend and lined up a couple of horses and went

Cousin FUN

Tate, Tommy, Em, Syd, Sophie & Brooke
Cousin Power!
We had a fun filled week with our "Cali" cousins.
We kicked it off with a visit to the T. P. Dino Museum,
an afternoon of swimming, seeing the movie Brave, and a rodeo!
My kids are having a hard time understanding why we can not have more play dates soon.
Thanks for the fun times Savage cousins!

Tate and Sophie are less than a month apart,
they became fast friends this trip!

 However, these two....
Let's just say it is good they are bonded
by blood because their is not much
love fest going on here.

We want Kacey for Em's new big sister,
LOVE HER!

Fathers & Fish Lake

I felt so lucky to have my Dad for the weekend, fathers day weekend.
He is SO funny, no one can make me laugh like my Dad. My Dad has
a special way of making each of his children feel loved. He is super supportive,
hardworking, humble and truly, just a great example to me in several ways.
When I look through my pictures, the ones I have of my Dad are of him cooking breakfast.
He loves doing things for his kids and grand kids...that is one of the things that make him so GREAT!

He is also the reason my pants are fitting so snug.

And then their is this  Daddy...
A cool thing about this Daddy  is, he loves playing with
his little friends. He has a wrestling match almost every time
the kids see him. He jumps with them on the tramp, wants to take
them on little walks or hikes up the canyon. Because his travel schedule
can be a bit crazy, I feel like he does a super job of having as much fun with the kids
as he possibly can. He can play rough but knows when to be tender.
He does a great job of taking personal time with each child, I am pretty sure
are kids have no idea how good they have it.
So Super Dad...I am really happy I am married to you!

That wraps up our Fish Lake trip...until next time!

Fish Lake 2

 Typical day at Fish Lake:
You fish
You eat
You fish
You nap
You fish again....
Don't get me wrong it is fun, when you don't have three little friends that get bored after
you anchor down the boat. We changed it up a little this trip BUT all
that really matters is the smile on this guys face....

Grandma Gaye caught her first fish...or as Trent likes
to say, "It caught her!"
 Red neck love...

Four wheeler ride on the east side of the lake.

This looks like baby love, just love :)

 Crater Lake

Emmy picked some wild flowers for Grandma!

Day two- BLISS!

The Trip

When Trent and I play the,
"If you could be anywhere in the world, where would you want to be game?"
He always gives me the same answer, FISH LAKE (we must play that game more for me).
He truly is the happiest when he is in Fish Lake. It is always at the top of our Summer bucket list.
This year we got to go over Trent's birthday and fathers day!
My man was in heaven.

Check it...

Yes.... I FISH!

This was the first time we have taken four wheelers down,
it was so much fun....until Emmy had a major accident in
her pants! I guess she really did have to go.

We had the pleasure of my parents joining us.
Loved this trip, especially having my Dad for Fathers Day weekend!
