Christmas 2015

We got ski passes to Sundance!
I decided I would give it five times before I quit.
It took me about four times to actually start enjoying it.
It gets better every time...the kids on the other hand, are
totally rocking it.  Trent has loved having them ski with him.
It has been one of the funnest things we have done as a family (minus Finny).

It has been way fun to ski with the Farley boys.
They have been so cute with our kids.

What a treat to have some of our FAVS from Washington
come over the Christmas break.
The McBrides and Owens.
We even got to see the Berrets for a quick Sunday visit.

This is a photo worth documenting.
Linda is not a dog lover. I got the giggles that Bella curled
up on her lap while we were running errands.
As Linda would say.."AHH HELP! Why does this dog like me?"
Ha, ha...

Christmas Eve with the Shoell cousins.

One of my favorite things about the kids doing the nativity is that
everything seems to calm down (for just a minute).  I loved how they all
gather around the baby Jesus and are so excited to play their parts.
Tate was pretty chapped he didn't get to be Joseph so we did it twice for him :)

 Beth got me this book.
FUNNY Bethy Boo.

Finley didn't feel very awesome and tuckered out
early on us.
She missed all of the Christmas Eve festivities.

 Christmas Eve jammies

I decided I better share Trent's wrap jobs...always super impressive.
I know they were wrapped with lots of love.

The basketball court came in super handy
for  some afternoon Christmas fun.

I love everything about December.
What a great month to end the year,  We love our families, our good friends
and that we get to honor and celebrate our Saviors birth.

A Little December Love~

 This December was AWESOME!
Fun Christmas parties, and lots of good Utah snow.
I love the feeling and spirit that Christmas brings.

 Finny loves her big Sissy.

Reading Christmas stories with Daddy.

Cowboy Carols

Finley checking out the tree in her big
sisters swimming suit.

Savage Family Christmas Party...

Alpine 3rd ward Christmas Dinner

Finley was totally partied out at this point...

Maybe because we have been away for a couple of years, we have
enjoyed the snow a little extra this year.

Tate found a selfie stick and has been loving life.

Emmy wanted to make  Christmas cookies,
I can always count on this girl to help me in the kitchen.

And this girl to eat them!

Snow day with the Eweing boys!

Finley lasted for about 8 minutes...

 True Sister Love.

My high school gals always try to get together
this time of year.
We had a great night with lots of good laughs.

December 20th Linda turned 75!
She has blessed each of us with her example to serve others always.
We got to enjoy a night out at Thanksgiving Point with her.
Love this lady!

They paid a little tribute to Linda at her new place...
She really is a ray of sunshine and we are all lucky to have her.

Pretty awesome to have Eric Dowdle (puzzle guy) as your
home teacher/neighbor...Syd didn't feel so hot and
he dropped off a few puzzles for her to do.

TA-DA!
Trent gave me his blessing and I bought a horse trailer.
My Dad drove up to Ogden with me and we picked this up.
I sure love that I have a willing Dad that can look past a little rust and make it what
we need.
Now to find a couple of horses :)
