Spring-Sing

Just imagine her little cane whipping around, real quick,
while she did her little song and dance.
I was so stressed that she someone was going
to leave the preschool with some major war wounds.
I could not quit laughing and then I realized the other parents
may not appreciate my giggle or Em's combat moves.
Emmy did awesome, she sang the loudest and danced the hardest.
It was the highlight of my week!

And this Brotha knows his stuff too!
Except for most of the time, he was checking
out his little blonde girlfriend Madison.
 It's okay, he
has been reciting his nursery rhymes for me to make up for
star gazing at the wrong blonde during his big production.
Love you Tater!

Groovy

These chicks are  cute little fashion-istas!
Emmy dresses herself into at least five
different outfits each day. I have given up on
trying to explain "matching" and "coordinating"
and how that kind of stuff matters.
Syd has found her six year old independence...
which I can appreciate, she has been whipping up
some rad combinations!
I Love These Girls!~

What is This?

Momma is done with this snow!
Good thing these guys are happy either way....

The Trenter is in the nice Cambodia sunshine and I wanted him to
get a feel for my pain!

Happy St. Patty's Day

Happy St. Patrick's Day!
Me little friends were really excited this morning, except for I am not a Mom
that always has her game face on... You know, leprechaun traps and green treats, cute notes.
With some quick improvise we whipped
up some green pancakes (those darn leprechauns)
It worked like a charm...the kiddies are officially believers.

Emmy woke up with true spirit and said,
"I will NOT wear green, and I will NOT eat green pancakes.

Happy Pinching To All!

The Lovely

Dear Em,
You are a total crazy and I think we love you!
Emmy has been pulling out some cool stuff lately and I wanted
to take a minute to remember the love she is sharing!
She scored this past week when her cousins left their Mario Brothers gear here.
When I asked her where she got it, she said "From the store!"
She has also been in a big help in the kitchen, if I have anything going
you can bet my Sue Chef Emmy/Mario is backing me up.

Yesterday we were running errands, I noticed when we got home Emmy had one shoe on.
I asked her where her other shoe was and she just gave me her million dollar smile.
I ran over to Cassie's thinking we must have left it there.
When we had no success, I said, "Emmy where is you shoe?" (new shoes)
With a big smile she said, "I through it out the window!"
We did some back tracking, found the once pink shoe, that now resembles a piece of black rubber, in the middle of a busy intersection. I would have taken a picture but I was too busy making
vows to Emmy that we would now shop at the D.I. for her shoes, and that she would never get to
feel fresh spring air on her face in the car for the rest of her life!
(That might seem a bit extreme, I am sure I will calm down.)
Plus, she is pretty darn cute and she keeps me laughing at least a few times a day.
So my Dear, Sweet Emmy.... To You!

Fresh Powder

Sunday night was family dessert night at our house.  And when your wondering where
Em and Henry are, you better start to worry.
How about some powder Hen? Emmy poured a whole bottle of powder
on top of Hen's head. He looked like a little old man....

Sorry Hen, please come back and play with
Emmy soon! Who knows what's in store for you.

Snow Day with the "Specials"

When Tate and Em saw the fresh snow, I knew are neighbors  where in for a treat!
Not only did they want to play in the snow but they wanted their "special"gear on too.
What rad kids.
Tate chose a safer route and went with the cowboy theme. I have made it pretty clear that
these two can give us serious grief(understatement)...but they also bring us so much joy!
