Every vacay should start with a helicopter scenic tour.
It has been on our bucket list for a while and was for sure a highlight of our trip.
Kauai is my new favorite Island but being there with our good friends made it that much better.
I think the best part about living in Washington was making life long friendships with these peeps.
I love that we have kept the friendships going and look forward to our trips every year.
We got an awesome dive or two in and were able to hear whales while we were down.
It was amazing and something we will never forget. So glad the Shribers are dive certified.
We did a few great hikes...honestly, this place is dreamy.

We spent one of our mornings tubing the canals of some of the oldest sugar cane fields.
Okay, these tough guys went out and tried spear fishing.
Even had some success. Trent said it was a lot harder than he thought it would be.
Some of our favorite time was just spent at the house
chilling poolside or visiting over a meal.
Trent was awesome and did all the research and found us a place to stay pretty close to the beach.
