National Olympic Park~2

Thank goodness for this girl...who is ALWAYS up for
a hike. Trent got the flu and was not up for much.
We went to the Hoh Rain Forest (Syd has had visiting a rain forest on her bucket list for as long as I can remember). Tate and Emmy were not too interested.

We enjoyed a quiet hike (more like walk) through an emerald forest. Honestly, that sounds so cheesy but it was pretty amazing.

Hoh Rain Forest

Kaloloch Beach

We rented this cute little house on Lake Quinault for a couple of days, which is at the bottom
of the park. So pretty and much more convenient with our yahoos.

We ate at the local restaurant,The Salmon House...don't.
I took this picture so I would never forget how dining out can be down
right bananas with kids sometimes...especially with that little prize next to me.
On the menu: 6 different ways to cook salmon.
Freeze Frame~note to self don't forget this night. Crazy and funny. but more crazy.
Quinault Lake

Fins new thing is walking around with her head covered
bumping into things. Funny baby.

Daddy Man trying to feel up to a little wrestle.
Other than Trent not feeling very great we had a nice trip. Our last two days we spent exploring
the rain forests and staying cozy on Lake Quinault. Me and the girls did this way rad little hike to what is called
The Big Ceder Tree....it was big and totally awesome.

Way to ride Savage kiddies.
AND
a big love to Dad for hanging in there. We got home and
found out he has strep and the flu.
