Crazy how a warm swim pool can make the little friends so happy!

We took a day to relax at the pool, eat some good mexican food and play at the beach.

Tommy showed my kids his boogie boarding skills...they think he is legend. Some of my favorite
pics are of Trent and the girlies having some swim time.

I loved watching Tommy the Robot try to love Finley.....

Lego Land

We hit Lego Land and had some pool time.  Syd LOVES the rides, Tate

will have NOTHING to do with them and Em will try anything. Which left me with baby

cakes (I dig that job).

We opted for the cart ride from our hotel to Lego Land.

Practice time for lot's of selfies.

We stayed at the Sheraton Hotel in Carlsbad. The kids favorite part of maybe

the whole trip was the heated pool and having a pizza party in the lobby with their cousins.

I loved seeing the energy get sapped right out of them. They would start each day by taking off down the hall and come back to our room in the evenings barely keeping their eyes open. Parents should get some kind of reward for that. High five Trent.

Mid Winter Break

It does wonders for the spirits to get out and enjoy a little mid-winters break.

We packed up and headed to some sunshine. Fin wasn't in love with her first flight.

It's okay Finners we still love you!

Can't you just feel the spaz in them? 

We flew into LA and headed to Carlsbad for 

some cousin time.  My kids were in love with teasing Tommy about his goldie locks...

good thing that Tommy has a sense of humor because Tate was not letting him off the hook, he even offered to braid it for him....sweet cousin love.

Day one down....Don't you wish vacations would never end?

We spent Monday at Sea World.

Emmy's favorite thing was touching the Manta Rays...she could
have spent the whole day there "I LOVE touching those squishy things".

Sophie lost a tooth!

My personal favorite show.. The Sea lion Tango.

Dinner was the quietist meal of the day, all the kiddies were 

to wiped out to make small talk.  Sunburned cheeks and ice cream in bed is a great way to 

end any day!
