Disney World

 The biggest bummer of our trip is that Sydney was super sick our first

day and missed out on our day to Disney World. Trent wasn't feeling too hot

either so he and Sydney took the whole day to rest up.

Gave Tate and Emmy some bonding time.

Some of our high lights from the day:

Hit Space Mountain first, waited two hours for the Snow White and Seven Dwarfs ride,

Tate and I did repeat rides on Splash Mountain, introduced them to the Tiki Room, opened the park up and almost shut it down. At one point Emmy started walking around like a pigeon toed crazy lady and I thought I had hit my all time humiliation low as a Mom...lucky a ride on Thunder Mountain snapped her out of it. Over all I would say we had a successful day at the park. The weather was amazing, the only thing that could have made it better was having our other half.

We have had this trip planned for over a year!

It was a little sad to leave Finny cakes behind but we left her in good hands.

We flew to Orlando and enjoyed our travel day with these cute kids.

Tate had one heck of a shiner for our trip.

February~Cancun

The month of February is going to be hard to beat!

Trent's work sent us on a trip to Cancun and it was a little piece of Heaven.

It was our first time to Cancun 

and we both fell in love with its beautiful beaches, the friendly people and the yummy food. 

We actually stayed in Playa Del Carmen at the Paradisus hotel. 

We got lots of relaxing in, did a couple days of diving and even ventured out of

hotel for a fun day trip of snorkeling, and exploring Tulum.

We had our own private swim pool entrance from our room.

 We were there over the Super Bowl.

One day we dove Cozumel. It

was one of our all time favorite dives.

How random that I ran into my neighbor Jamie Seegmiller

on the beach? They were literally staying across the hall from us.

They had a day of adventures with us. We went to Akumal and swam with

turtles and also checked out the Tulum ruins.

We got comfy on the bed and caught up on life.
I love this lady.

The very best part is that we got to fly home have a night with Finley and 

take the older kids on a Disney Cruise! Two weeks of back to back vacay might be the way to 

travel.
